again considered the proposed extension of Hong Kong
Naval Yard with reference to the Praya Scheme and the rough
sketch accompanying your letter of 31st August 1894.
Under the Praya Scheme it is contemplated to
form a public road through the site to be occupied by the
New Dockyard, the water frontage of which will be some-
where about the 3 fathom line, as marked on the chart.
